Every
engagement is different, but there are some general
guidelines for how we typically work.
Initial consultation is always free and fast. We'll work with you to determine what your situation is, and whether or not we think we can help. If so, a fixed-price assessment lets us interview your teams, review your internal processes, and spend some time getting to know your business. This takes one to two weeks.
At the end of the assessment, we'll deliver a formal document identifying and defining 5-10 action items that we feel we could work on together to add significant value to your bottom line. These may include:
Clarifying and documenting your business plan, your marketing plan, and other key strategic documents.
Identifying and researching additional revenue streams that you may not have explored.
Improving the way you position and promote your products or services.
Conceiving and defining marketing programs and promotions to improve brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Optimizing your development or delivery processes to improve efficiency and ensure successful, repeatable projects.
Identifying corrective actions that can improve your time-to-market or speed of delivery.
Performing detailed, data-driven research and analysis of your market and your competitors.
Supplementing your staff for an interim period to let you reach your goals without the overhead of hiring FTEs.

Billing Options
Time-Based: Clients typically select this option when they want us to provide an assessment of their business issues and coach them on actions to take to resolve them. In this type of engagement, Trinity Ops charges an hourly rate that is fair and aligned with current market rates. You get a clear invoice showing specifically what we accomplished during each billable hour.
Project-Based: Clients typically select this option for more strategic tasks, which by their nature require more iterations and longer conversations. Examples include writing business plans and marketing plans, developing and executing marketing programs, etc. In this type of engagement, Trinity Ops will work with you at the outset to agree upon a fair and reasonable fixed cost for the project, regardless of how long it takes.
Retainer-Based: Clients typically select this option when they want to have Trinity Ops always available and working on their behalf for an unspecified duration. In this type of engagement, the Trinity Ops will commit to working exclusively for you for an agreed-upon number of hours per week, in exchange for a monthly retainer fee. Clients tell us that this is an extremely cost-effective way to get excellent results, at a fraction of the cost of hiring full-time staff.
